How to transfer music from CD to iPod

You have to transfer the cd into itunes and then transfer it to your ipod. Apple designed that all music goes onto your iPod should be through itunes. (Although we have some third party tools now, iTunes is the most common one.)

First Open iTunes, then pop in one of your CDs. Select the ones you want to transfer onto your iPod by checking the boxes of the songs that you want. Then click the "Import CD" button in the top right-hand corner. This will put those songs on iTunes.

Then, pick your USB camble to connect and update your iPod.
